Orders are managed by going to the Order Settings menu, then Order Settings.
You can change the order status (payment accepted, in preparation, out for delivery, etc.).
To process the orders you receive, you need access to the information they contain.
Click on the line containing the order, or click on the button to the right of the order.
The order page takes up a whole page.
At the top of the page is a quick summary of the order: date of order, number of discussions with customer service about this order, number of products on the order, and total amount.
The order details provide access to different information:
On the left, the order information:
- Order status and history
- Shipping information: total weight of order, carrier chosen by the customer.
On the right, the customer information:
- Order history
- Shipping and invoice addresses (with map)
The payment method used, the cost of the products, the shipping cost.
Various details about the products ordered.
