The "Monitoring" page lists the sections of your shop to which you must pay the most attention in order to best manage your catalog, and make sure nothing goes out of control.
Just click on the Catalog menu, then on Monitoring. A page opens and you are presented with various Tables.
The different tables that appear indicate the parts of your catalog where there are problems.
To correct a problem, click on "Edit" to the right of the item. This takes you to either the product or the category and you can then edit the missing parameter.
List of empty categories. Gives you the name and number of categories that do not have any products. You should either delete these empty categories, or fill them with products. This prevents customers from finding themselves in an empty category in your shop.
List of products with combinations but without available quantities for sale. Tells you which products are no longer for sale. Take the measures necessary to restock them.
List of products without combinations and without available quantities for sale. Also tells you which products are no longer for sale. Take the measures necessary to restock them.
List of disabled products. Gives you the name and number of products that have been disabled in the store and that aren't visible to your customers. Consider either enabling them (possibly after restocking them) or deleting them from your catalog.
List of products without images. This list immediately identifies which product pages do not have images. This is very useful when you are importing the catalog using a CSV file as images may be missing from this file. It is then very easy to go to the product pages and complete them.
List of products without descriptions. This table displays all of the products for which the description is missing. As a reminder, the description of a product is one of the components involved in SEO, so each product page must have a description that contains as many keywords as possible.
List of products without prices. This final table indicates which products are visible in your shop's front office but which do not have any pricing information. Obviously, if this happens, it is very difficult to sell a product.
