To access the catalog evaluation tool, just click on the Stats menu, then select Catalog evaluation from the list of Statistics tools available to you.
When you click on this tool, the following window appears:
This screen will enable you to configure your evaluation yourself. You can define the markers for evaluating your catalog, as it is up to you to set the minimum and maximum values you feel are appropriate for your catalog. You can define markers for the following information:
- Available quantity for sale
Once these have been defined, just click on Save to bring up a table showing the results of your definition as shown below:
As you can see, there are 3 different colored dots, green, orange and red. As you can no doubt guess, the green color indicates that this information is in the higher standard you defined, while orange indicates that the information is not excellent but not bad either, for example if you considered having 3 photos for a product page to be good and 1 photo as unacceptable, a value of 2 photos will be considered to be moderate (and therefore orange). Red, on the other hand, indicates that there is not enough information, for example if you considered that having 400 characters for a description is good, here you only have 65, which is not enough.
All of this information will enable you to update your catalog and bring it into line with your criteria.
Just click on the product in question to open the relevant product page and make your changes.
